Continuous flight augers are piles molded on the spot and projected for deep foundations, excavated with a continuous mechanical bore that serves as a provisional support for the bored hole. A pipeline is placed in the auger’s axis and is used to insert concrete into the simultaneous borehole, and then it is gradually removed, thus avoiding the ground’s displacement.

The key nature of continuous flight augers is their high productivity, electronic monitoring of all the performance stages and absence of vibrations.

Continuous flight augers have diameters ranging from 30 cm to 120 cm.

The TOPGEOSP Fundações Especiais continuous flight auger services involve two sequential stages:

  1. Drilling.
  2. Concreting.
